The Network Team serves as the technical authority for connectivity across the entire organization. Our mission is to ensure high-performing and secure data flow — whether between internal systems or from a global customer to and through our production stack. We are a high-accountability team that spans IT, Cloud Operations, and external Tier-1 providers to maintain the integrity of our global service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Infrastructure & Operations Maintain and optimize the corporate IT network (LAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Edge) and manage the networking elements of our various cloud environments.
- Tier-3 Escalation & Support Serve as the final point of escalation for the IT Support team on internal network issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting for the Technical Support team on customer connectivity and performance issues.
- Global Connectivity & Performance Partner with major cloud and telecom providers to optimize service paths and resolve global performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborative System Design Work closely with the Platform Engineering and IT Systems teams on the design and connectivity of server infrastructure, ensuring network architecture supports robust performance for data flows through physical, virtualized, and cloud environments.
- Deep-Dive Diagnostics Assist in troubleshooting performance issues within systems by providing analyses of network-related factors.
- Security & Compliance Execute compliance reporting tasks for network elements across both IT and Operations environments, ensuring all configurations meet our rigorous standards.
- Reporting & Workplace This role reports to the Director, Global Infrastructure. This position is at our Poznan office.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diagnostic Mastery 5+ years of experience in network engineering with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across the public internet, cloud stacks, and heterogeneous IT environments.
- Hybrid Networking Expertise Deep technical knowledge of traditional hardware (Switching, Firewalls, Wireless) and cloud-native networking (VPCs, Security Groups, Transit Gateways).
- Protocol & Performance Fluency Expert understanding of routing, switching, virtualization, system architecture, with the ability to use packet captures and logs to definitively identify performance bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration A track record of working successfully with Systems, DevOps, Security, and Support teams to solve multifaceted technical challenges.
- Professional Stewardship A self-driven mindset capable of independent and thorough exploration of problems, collaboration with peers, and with constant consideration of cost, security, and compliance factors.
